When you commit to counselling for repairing wounds, getting clear about who you are, to remove anxiety and difficult emotions from your life, these changes take time and an Essential Counselling Package provides financial value and also a personal commitment from you to really experience positive and lasting change. There are 6 sessions, you can take up to 12 weeks to complete the six sessions (e.g. a session every fortnight with personal tasks to complete between sessions) first session is 1 1/2 hours.

The package I offer to stop smoking /loose weight /stop Phobias /performance enhancement /manage pain is comprised of 5 sessions.
The first session is 90 minutes, ( which you are booking now)- we take a history & get to the crux of what you want to achieve & how life will look after your sessions.
Session two is two hours & we remove all blockages that might otherwise affect you achieving the changes you desire.
Sessions 3 - 5 are hypnotherapy (1 hour each)

During this session we work with NLP and TimeLine Therapy - we remove difficult emotions and identify and remove blocks that might otherwise have hindered the success of Hypnotherapy. This can be a big session so its good to give yourself time afterwards before driving or going back to work etc

When you receive Reiki healing, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table, and I usually wrap you in a blanket. I place my hands lightly on or just above your head, throat, torso and legs and feet. I play gentle music, burn candles and if you are ok with essences I burn an essence blend for relaxation.
You may feel heat, tingling, cold waves, short and sudden bursts of uncomfortable energy and restlessness, spasms in your limbs or you may fall into a deep sleep with active dreams and messages.

Many of my Reiki clients are looking for additional support. Often the energy work brings up emotions and issues that we can work through, process and release.
Also some client like to have a reading and hear messages that have come through during the Reiki session, please book the Reiki and Holistic counselling support combined session if you wish to stay and de-brief after your Reiki session. - thankyou

Everything in the universe is energy and vibrates and just like a mobile phone call, we can connect from anywhere – therefore distance Reiki is no different to in person Reiki.
When you experience distance Reiki you are in your own environment, in your own bed/chair/ lounge with your own music, candles and incense…. Sigh! And you don’t have to drive home at the end of the session!

In Harmonic Energy Healing I use colour and light, with sound waves abd music and also Tapping on the Meridens and Reiki energy work – all together in a powerful transformational process called Melodic Energy Healing.
